Applications forms must be filled out in person at the County of Warner Administration Office
You must bring the following with you:
**One piece of photo identification**
**A letter from the insurance company indicating what damage is not covered**
**A detailed list of all property damaged or destroyed**
DO NOT BRING PHOTOS OR RECEIPTS
Keep them to give to the evaluator
